See the machinery in operation.
Verify real factory references.

A Turkish industrial buyer had placed a casting machinery order with a Chinese manufacturer. As part of the procurement process, the buyer wanted to examine facilities where the supplier had previously installed its systems and obtain direct information from the companies operating them.

GlobalWay built and managed a multi-city visit programme covering reference factories in Guangde, Linzhou and Sihong, connecting the buyer, machinery supplier and local factory teams throughout the assignment.

What happened on the ground

01 / PLANNING

Travel and visit coordination

The buyers were received at the airport, and factory appointments, local travel and the three-city itinerary were coordinated around the technical agenda.

02 / REFERENCE CHECKS

Installed systems reviewed

Factories using the supplier’s machinery were visited to observe performance, operating conditions and practical applications first-hand.

03 / TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Production and machinery evaluation

Casting lines, component production, assembly processes and key machinery systems were examined and compared against the buyer’s requirements.

04 / COMMERCIAL SUPPORT

Buyer–supplier communication

GlobalWay provided Chinese–Turkish technical and commercial interpretation, facilitated questions with reference factories and supported detailed discussions with the supplier.

Real installations.
A technically verified procurement process.

The buyer gained direct visibility into the supplier’s installed machinery, production quality and real operating references. The visits provided a clearer technical and commercial basis for evaluating the ordered system and continuing the procurement process.
