In August 2024, I organized a business trip to two of China’s major manufacturing hubs, Ningbo and Cixi, together with my Turkish client. During our visit, we met directly with several air cooling and HVAC manufacturers, conducted factory inspections, and gathered detailed information about production processes and product quality.

🌏 About the China – Turkey HVAC Market
China’s annual production capacity of 55 billion USD accounts for approximately 30% of the global market. In Turkey, the demand for HVAC systems is rapidly growing thanks to increasing industrial investments.
As of 2023, the Turkish air conditioning market has reached around 2.5 billion USD.
In this context, it is inevitable that competitively priced and high-quality products originating from China will capture a significant share of the Turkish market.

At the factories we visited, we closely observed the production processes of air cooling units on-site. We received detailed information about the workflow on the assembly lines and the key quality control points.

We observed the internal structure, electronic components, and quality control procedures of the devices on-site. We also explored new models in the showroom areas and held discussions on their technical specifications.
